1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CloseFasterAI.com ("Service"), operated by CloseFasterAI.com ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including business owners ("Operators") who create accounts and individuals who interact with our AI voice agent ("Leads" or "Callers").
2. Description of Service
CloseFasterAI.com is an AI receptionist platform designed for small service businesses. The Service:
- Automatically contacts new leads via AI-powered phone calls within 60 seconds of lead arrival
- Qualifies leads through AI-driven conversations in English and Spanish
- Books callback follow-ups directly into the Operator's calendar
- Handles inbound calls and SMS to the Operator's assigned phone number
- Parses leads from email forwards (e.g., Zillow lead notifications)
- Provides a dashboard for managing leads, reviewing call recordings and transcripts, and maintaining a knowledge base
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the operator of a legitimate business (or authorized representative of one) to create an account. By registering, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You operate or are authorized to act on behalf of a legitimate business
- All information you provide during registration is accurate and complete
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@closefasterai.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to make unsolicited calls to individuals who have not provided consent or who are on the National Do-Not-Call Registry
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information to the knowledge base
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or deceive any person
- Attempt to access another user's account, data, or leads
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service (other than through our provided APIs)
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Service
5. AI-Generated Content
5.1 Nature of AI Responses
The Service uses artificial intelligence — including Anthropic's Claude API, Vapi.ai, and ElevenLabs — to generate voice conversations, transcripts, lead notes, and appointment bookings. AI-generated content:
- May contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations
- Is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
- Should be reviewed by the Operator for accuracy before being relied upon
5.2 Operator Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content, including call transcripts, lead qualifications, information communicated to callers, and appointment bookings. The Company is not liable for any errors, misrepresentations, or omissions made by the AI voice agent.
5.3 AI Disclosure
The AI voice agent discloses that it is an AI assistant at the start of every call. You agree not to instruct or configure the agent to hide or misrepresent its AI nature.
6. Call Recording & Consent
6.1 All Calls Are Recorded
All calls conducted through the Service are recorded and transcribed. The AI agent announces this at the beginning of each call. By using the Service, you consent to the recording of all calls made through the platform.
6.2 Your Obligations
You are responsible for ensuring that the use of AI-powered calling and call recording complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in the jurisdictions where you and your leads are located. This includes but is not limited to one-party and two-party consent recording laws.

Recordings involving booked appointments or flagged interactions may be retained for up to 12 months for legal protection purposes.
7. TCPA & Telemarketing Compliance
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations impose strict requirements on automated and AI-generated calls. As an Operator using this Service:
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have proper consent before the Service places outbound calls to your leads
- For leads obtained via opt-in forms (Zillow, your website, etc.), the form submission may constitute prior express consent — but you should consult your own legal counsel
- The Service maintains an internal Do-Not-Call list and honors opt-out requests immediately
- We check the National Do-Not-Call Registry before placing outbound calls
- The Company does not provide legal advice. You should consult a qualified attorney regarding your TCPA compliance obligations
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Property
The Service, including its design, code, AI models, features, and branding, is the property of CloseFasterAI.com and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
8.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service, including knowledge base entries and FAQs. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf (e.g., powering your AI voice agent's responses).
8.3 Lead Data
Lead data generated through the Service (contact information, call recordings, transcripts) belongs to the Operator whose account generated or received the lead, subject to applicable privacy laws and the rights of the leads themselves.
9. Payment Terms
9.1 Pricing
The Service is offered as a flat monthly subscription with a one-time setup fee. Current pricing: $300 one-time setup plus $149–179 per month, billed monthly. Pricing in effect at the time of subscription applies for the duration of that subscription. Material price changes will be communicated to Operators with at least 30 days' notice.
9.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
9.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once setup has been completed.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with the following third-party providers to deliver its functionality:

Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of third-party services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
- We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content, including call transcripts, lead qualifications, or scheduling
- In no event shall CloseFasterAI.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost leads, missed appointments, or damage to reputation, arising from your use of the Service
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $500, whichever is greater
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CloseFasterAI.com, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law, including TCPA regulations
- Content you upload to the Service (knowledge base, FAQs, etc.)
- Any dispute between you and a lead or caller who interacted with your AI agent
13. Termination
13.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@closefasterai.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
- Your use of the Service poses a risk to other users or third parties
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5.2 (Operator Responsibility), 8 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law) survive termination.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify Operators via email or in-app notification and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
